2E1M Fitness was started by 2 Entrepreneurs with 1 Mission of making the world healthier through Aqua Exercise, Boxing, Spinning, Pilates and Pre & Post Natal H2O. We specialize in General Fitness, Senior Fitness, Sports Performance, Special Populations and Pre/Post Operation.  

Our clients include Individuals, Small Groups, Large Groups, Senior Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Condos, HOAs, Hotels and Resorts. We can also create custom programs upon request. 

With over 8 years of fitness experience, we can create a fitness plan based on your body type to help you reach your fitness goals. Most plans include healthy eating resources and tailored exercise programs to ensure the best results for our clients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
